  • 1 Apple diced into bite size
  • 3/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup & 2 TBSP Apple Cider
  • 1/4 cup & 2 TBSP Milk Skim, Almond or Oat - your preference
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon


  • Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
    I usually prepare my overnight oats in a plastic travel container so I can easily take it on the go the next morning. Perfect for the morning commute.
