No stove or oven required. They only take 10 minutes to make. These apple cider overnight oats stay good in the refrigerator for one week so you can prep enough for every day.

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple diced into bite size
  • ¾ cup Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup & 2 TBSP Apple Cider
  • ¼ cup & 2 TBSP Milk Any kind you like!
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into a refrigerator (with top) safe container. Stir or shake to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
    I usually prepare my overnight oats in a plastic travel container so I can easily take it on the go the next morning. Perfect for the morning commute.
