Spring will be in the air, warm sunshine, blooming flowers. This lemon curd tart is the quintessential culinary school baking challenge. We will make it all from-scratch – the crust, filling and the french meringue.

It’ll be a perfectly baked tart shell with textbook 90-degree angles, with the most amazing creamy lemon-y curd, topped with spring fruit and dollops of sweet french meringue – it will be impressive, a show-stopper.

You will need a stand mixer with a whisk attachement or hand mixer for this class.

Join us Sunday, April 10th at 4pm EST for a fun baking challenge straight out of culinary school. Your lemon curd tart will be the talk of the town! Class is 90-120 minutes.

– Full Grocery List sent out the Thursday before the class.
