Fun and fantastic class! Highly recommend. Nicole made it seem very easy and simple to make croissants and stuffed, baked, flakey treats! Step by step instructions were given and each class took under an hour. With that she included a video link of the class in case we were unable to attend or needed to go back to review. Fun, great experience and our croissants turned out buttery, flaky and delicious!
