Easy Cheesy Chili Mac Casserole

  • 2 cups Macaroni Measured uncooked
  • 3 cups Chili
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (8oz)


  • Preheat you oven to 350F. Spray your casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In hot boiling water with a heavy pinch of salt, make your macaroni according to the package directions until al dente. About 7-10 minutes.
    Drain out the water and add the macaroni back into the pot.
  • Stir in the chili and cheese until evenly distributed. Leave a little cheese (about 1/4 cup) for the topping.
  • Dump your mixture into your casserole dish and sprinkle the remainder of your cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes until it's hot and the cheese is melted.
