Dice your bacon. Add your diced bacon to your pan, over medium heat cook until crispy. Remove and drain the bacon on the paper towel. Discard all but 1 TBSP of bacon grease. If you're skipping the bacon, use 1 TBSP of olive oil.
Add in your Brussel sprouts with a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until they are fork tender, about 3-4 minutes. You can cook a little longer if you want them to be softer.
Add in your almond slices until they are warmed through and their oils start to infuse, about 1 minute.
Remove from the heat, mix back in your bacon. Drizzle on your honey.
