1cupSharp Cheddar Cheese - shredded off the block
1cupCooked Ham - chopped into bite size pieces
1 ½cupsChopped Fresh Broccoli Florets
1tspSalt
1tspBlack Pepper
16ozFrozen Shredded Hash Browns
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F and spray your 9 x 13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add in the cheddar cheese, ham, broccoli, salt, pepper and hash brown. Stir to combine all of the ingredients together evenly.
Pour the egg milk into the prepared casserole dish.
Bake at 350F 60-75 minutes until the eggs are done.
