2lbsBeef - chuck roast, shoulder, bottom roundsee blog notes.
1-2bunches Carrots - tops removed
1 ½lbSmall Potatoes
1tsp Black Pepper
2tspGarlic Salt
1TBSPOlive Oil
1packetLipton Onion Soup Flavor
2cups Beef Stock
Instructions
In a crock pot, add your beef, carrots, potatoes, pepper, garlic salt, olive oil, Lipton onion packet and beef stock. Place a lid on. Set it to four hours on high, 6-8 hours on low.
