- 1 roll Cookie Dough store bought log or your favorite cookie dough
- Favorite Ice Cream
- Sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Bake your cookies according to package or your favorite recipe. Let them cool.
- On one cookie scoop on your ice cream and place another cookie on top to make the sandwich.
- Roll in sprinkles (optional).
