Instructions
Preheat the Air-Fryer to 425F (5 minutes).
Cut up the brioche bread into large bite size pieces and set aside. In a shallow dish, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar.
1 Loaf Brioche Bread, 2 cup Buttermilk, 2 Eggs, 1 TBSP Vanilla, 1 TBSP Cinnamon, 3 TBSP Brown Sugar
Once the Air-Fryer is preheated, remove the basket. Spray the basket with cooking spray. Quickly dunk pieces of the brioche bread into the prepared French toast buttermilk-egg mixture. Coat all sides of the pieces but do not soak in the mixture. Once the pieces of brioche are coated, place in a single layer on the bottom of the air-fryer basket making sure they do not touch. Air-Fry at 425F for 5 minutes.
Add the French toast nuggets to a serving dish and repeat step 3 until all of the nuggets are made.
Using a small fine mesh strainer, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
