Homemade Refrigerator Pickles
Crispy, tangy homemade dill pickles.

Ingredients

Whole Peppercorns

Bay Leaf

garlic cloves - peeled and smashed

Cucumbers

Fresh Dill

Purple Onion - thinly sliced

Apple Cider Vinegar

Water
Instructions
In a jar, add all of the ingredients. Make sure the pickles are fully submerged. If you need to, top it off with more water.
2 Cucumbers,
1 TBSP Whole Peppercorns,
1 Bay Leaf,
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar,
1½ cup Water,
2 tsp Kosher Salt,
2 tsp Sugar,
¼ oz Fresh Dill,
¼ Purple Onion - thinly sliced,
3 garlic cloves - peeled and smashed
Add the lid and turn it upside down to let the ingredients combine.
Refrigerate for 72+ hours.
