2-3Sweet Potatoes
3TBSP Olive Oil
¼tsp Kosher Salt
¼cup Butter
2TBSPGround Cinnamon
½cupBrown Sugar
5oz Mini Marshmallows
2ozChopped Pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F
Cut the sweet potatoes into about ½ inch slices, lay on the sheet pan in a single layer. Drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle on the kosher salt. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes until fork-tender and soft enough to smash (not too soft to smoosh).
