Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ¾ cup Milk Skim, Almond or Oat - your preference
  • 1 scoop Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Your Favorite Jelly or Fruit Preserves

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    I usually prepare my overnight oats in a plastic travel container so I can easily take it on the go the next morning. Perfect for the morning commute.
