Maple Pecan Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Pecans finely chopped, measure pecans whole before chopping
- ¾ cup Milk Skim, Almond or Oat - your preference
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. I usually prepare my overnight oats in a plastic travel container so I can easily take it on the go the next morning. Perfect for the morning commute.
