Ingredients
2cupsOnions - small diced 1 large onion
2cupsCelery - small diced about 2 celery hearts
1cupUnsalted Butter
1tsp Salt
5 cupsQuaker Oats 1-Minute Oatsyou can use the entire 18oz container
¼tspGarlic Salt
½tspCelery Salt
½tspGarlic Powder
½tspOnion Powder
1tspLawry's Seasoned Salt
1tspBlack Pepper
2TBSPChopped Sage
2TBSPChopped Rosemary
2TBSP Chopped Thyme
2-3cupsChicken or Vegetable Broth
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F
In a large, deep pan add in your onions, celery, butter and 1 tsp salt.
2 cups Onions - small diced , 2 cups Celery - small diced , 1 cup Unsalted Butter, 1 tsp Salt
Over medium heat, melt the butter and the onion and celery cook down until they are soft. About 10 minutes.
Add in your oats, all the seasonings and herbs.
5 cups Quaker Oats 1-Minute Oats, ¼ tsp Garlic Salt, ½ tsp Celery Salt, ½ tsp Garlic Powder, ½ tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt , 1 tsp Black Pepper , 2 TBSP Chopped Sage, 2 TBSP Chopped Thyme , 2 TBSP Chopped Rosemary
Add in you two cups of broth. Stir until combined. (It should be clumpy not soupy)
2-3 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, cover with foil and bake until hot, for about 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes it is a little dry, added in more broth until the mixture is moist. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
