Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Eggnog
  • ¼ cup Milk Skim, Almond, or Oat – your preference
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon & Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    I usually prepare my overnight oats in a plastic travel container so I can easily take it on the go the next morning. Perfect for the morning commute.
