Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 TBSP Pumpkin Puree (make sure it's not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Milk Skim, Almond or Oat - your preference

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    I usually prepare my overnight oats in a plastic travel container so I can easily take it on the go the next morning. Perfect for the morning commute.
