Got pumpkin on your mind? These pumpkin spice overnight oats are the perfect start for your fall morning! Easy to make, easy to take on the go and they keep you full until lunch!
If you’re using canned pumpkin from the grocery story, it’s important to get pureed pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling! If you have extra puree after making these, you can store it in the refrigerator for other recipes!
OVERNIGHT ONLY – NO STOVE OR OVEN.
No stove or oven required. They only take 10 minutes to make. These pumpkin spice overnight oats stay good in the refrigerator for one week so you can prep enough for every day.
