Toffee Monkey Bread

This is a fun twist on a classic. It’s the perfect fall sweet treat.  Adding a little caramel toffee makes this a fun, sticky pull apart bread.

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • 8oz bag Hersey's Toffee Bit Morsels
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Butter melted


  • Follow the instructions for Pillsbury's Monkey Bread, substitute the 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon mixture with 8oz of toffee bits. 
    Preheat your oven to 350F degrees, and spray your pan with cooking spray. I used a round cake pan, you can use whatever shape you have. 
  • Cut the 16 biscuits into quarters, shake in a large plastic bag with the toffee bits until coated. Arrange them in a pan. 
  • In a small bowl combine the melted butter and brown sugar and pour over the biscuit pieces. 
  • Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes. 
    Cool for 10 minutes.
